DTCP2 - Licensing Agreements and Related Documents

DTLA offers licenses on a nondiscriminatory basis to manufacture products with DTCP2 and to encode DTCP2 in protected content.

Companies that wish to incorporate DTCP2 in their products should sign a DTCP2 Adopter Agreement.

• DTCP2 Adopter Agreement - (September 2022), for new Adopters.

Content owners that wish to protect their content using DTCP2 can either become DTCP2 Content Participants by signing:

• DTCP2 Addendum to Content Participant Agreement (January 2018) and Content Participant Agreement (December 2011).

Or, Content owners can encode content to be protected with DTCP without signing any agreement pursuant to DTLA's DTCP2 IP Statement, or can consider signing a DTCP2 Addendum to the Content Participant Agreement.
