DTCP2 - Licensing Agreements and Related Documents
DTLA offers licenses on a nondiscriminatory basis to manufacture products with DTCP2 and to encode DTCP2 in protected content.
Companies that wish to incorporate DTCP2 in their products should sign a DTCP2 Adopter Agreement.
Content owners that wish to protect their content using DTCP2 can either become DTCP2 Content Participants by signing:

IP Statement, or can consider signing a DTCP2 Addendum to the Content Participant Agreement.
